What is the functional difference between Loksabha and Rajyasabha of India?

This articles highlights the basic functional difference between Loksabha and Rajyasabha. How many number of members are there in each Loksabha and Rajyasabha. 

Being a citizen of India, one should know about India and its constituent. What are the elements of our Indian constituents. 

"Loksabha" is better known as "lower house"/"House of People"of Parliament of India and formed for maximum upto 5 years. Current Loksabha is fifteenth Loksabha led by UPA and was formed in May 2009. The maximum number of members of the Loksabha is 552 which includes 20 members representing Union territories of India. The motion of no confidence can be passed only in Loksabha and cause resignation of all the minister if motion was not in favor of ruling government. Current speaker of Loksabha is Meira Kumar while Rajyasabha does not have speaker but has chairman. The vice president of India holds this position. The current chairman of Rajyasabha is Dr Hamid Ansari.

1. Ask yourself, "What is the worst that can possibly happen in current situation?" means whatever the situations you are in, just prepare yourself for the result and think what is the maximum risk involved and what is the maximum loss that can happen if you cannot do anything to come out of the problem? e.g. Imagine yourself in a financial crisis and think about how that crisis will affect, If it affect not so much, then what is the need to worry. If it is going to affect much then go next steps.
